Josh is the founder of Sonder & Metric, and has spent the past 10 years advising Asset Owners & Operators on critical talent initiatives. He is well networked and also hosts the Real Assets, Real Leaders podcast. He is married to Sarah, and together they have 3 energetic boys.

Josh is active in his local church, a competent musician and a fair-weather golfer.

Sarah leads brand operations at Sonder & Metric, covering marketing, client engagement and the leadership community we build around the firm — the conversations, events and relationships that keep us close to the operators and investors we work with across the sector.

Jacob is a Consultant at Sonder & Metric, leading search delivery and candidate engagement. He runs the day-to-day of live mandates — mapping the market, approaching candidates, and shaping the shortlists we put in front of clients.
