Overview

A Private Equity consortium, Swiss Life Asset manager & Schroders Greencoat, were going through the acquisition and carve out of Urban Energy, a Heat Networks business working across the lifecycle (Develop, Build, Own & Operate) of Heat Networks within the UK, owned by Equans. 

Sonder & Metric were appointed pre-acquisition to facilitate a number of executive and director level hires, tasked with overseeing the carve out process and establishing a leadership team post acquisition. 

We ran several concurrent accelerated search projects, securing our target hires, and allowing our client to move forward with their value creation strategy. 

As a result, we successfully appointed:
