Overview

Sonder & Metric supported Flexitricity through an internal restructuring, requiring the appoointment of a newly created Head of Engineering role, and alongside an open Head of Operations role. 

Both positions were to play a pivotal role in shaping the companies technical and operational strategy as they managed a distributed base of flexible generation assets, and a large team of over 70 technical staff.
