Josh is Sonder & Metric's Founding Director. Having spent 10 years advising clients across the Energy & Infrastructure space, he is the go-to talent partner for a range of funds, platforms and portco's across the UK and internationally.
Josh's meticulous approach to delivering Executive Search projects forms the basis of Sonder & Metric's search methodology, and boasts a 100% success rate for all retained search we have worked on.
In addition, Josh has developed a network of highly skilled interim professionals, capable of supporting clients across the lifecycle of Energy & Infrastructure assets, M&A processes and transformation projects.
Outside of work, Josh is married, has 3 boys and a long held ambition to be known as an 'average' golfer.
