In his spare time he enjoys playing sports, playing guitar and running ronud after his two energetic childeren.

Harriet operates as a talent partner for Sonder & Metric, and is the Director of Renew Consultancy, a recruitment firm focused on providing qualified engineering talent the power generation sector.

We operate across a range of sectors, primarily in the physical asset space.

We work within the Energy Transition space, partnering with businesses whose focus is on delivering a cleaner future. We share their passion for delivering the future energy system.

As a Talent Partner, we are technology agnostic, and believe the future energy system will be delivered by a mixture of different technologies and generation sources.

We largely operate within the physical asset space, delivering search projects for Investors, Developers and Asset Owners/Managers.
